I believe human experience is a vital part of any organizations' DNA and leadership. It's a game changer.
My goal is to deliver growth and to make a difference in human experience. I've spent the last 15 years in leading organizational transformation and management development, bridging between business objectives and customer experience for public and private sector organizations.
I have a proven record of establishing and successfully leading organizations, processes and people. I am a results oriented professional, a creative and innovative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills.
Key achievements:
➡️ I established a new department in one of the worlds' top 10 medical centers in the world. As Chief Experience Officer I have led an incredible team that have improved patient care hugely.
➡️ I initiated and managed improvement processes of core services in accordance with the strategy of patient centered care.
➡️ I have developed an innovative strategy for implementing the concept of service in the organization- leading a steering committee to build a vision for decades ahead.
➡️ I created an assimilation of tools for evaluation and control of the quality of service and the experience of the therapists and patients.
➡️ I serve as a member of several committees for the Ministry of Health and took part in some of the most strategic decision-making of the Israeli healthcare sector, including the adoption of digital health and key improvements of patient experience in E.R and Internal Wards Departments.

Patient and clinician experience with a rapidly implemented large-scale video consultation program during COVID-19

The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has forced health-care providers to find creative ways to allow continuity of care in times of lockdown. Telemedicine enables provision of care when in-person visits are not possible. Sheba Medical Center made a rapid transition of outpatient clinics to video consultations (VC) during the first wave of COVID-19 in Israel.

What was it?
One goes to the hospital mostly because of some physical pain which is often exacerbated by feelings of fear, distress and/or confusion. Getting admitted in a hospital is a complex procedure- all the more complex when taking into account the state of mind of the patients.

The Sheba Medical Center is recognized as one of the best hospitals worldwide. We are thus thrilled to collaborate with the Sheba Medical Center at developing some new, innovative and pertinent solutions to improve the "human experience" of the patients hospitalized.
For 2.5 days, intercultural and multidisciplinary teams of students worked together on solving the Human Experience Challenge.
Each team went on a journey, from ideation to solution, with the support of experienced mentors whom they met and brainstorm with.
