You're designing a new software product. How can you ensure the user experience is top-notch?
In every product I have had the pleasure to design and create there is always one thing that was in common. The earlier your product meets real users , the earlier you start really understanding what the UX needs to be. All the research and methodologies in the world won't replace real users using your product and you learning from them. Even if you don't think it's a tight enough experience - release early, and start learning real lessons.

Demonstration of my final project for B.Sc. Software Engineering @ Afeka College of Engineering in Tel Aviv.
The AndShobY tactical tablet application is an open source, Android based tactical command and control application intended to be used to obtain situational awareness on and off the battlefield. The tactical tablet is capable of displayed real time information relayed from sensors deployed in the battlefield (simulated in this case by the AndShobY Simulation Server) regarding enemy and friendly targets as well as regarding the sensors themselves.
