As a Senior HR professional, you will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and overall HR operations also some of administration . Your day-to-day tasks will involve implementing and improving HR processes, providing guidance to employees, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices Experience in HR management and implementing HR policies Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation management Expertise in personnel management, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Additional qualifications and skills that would be beneficial for this role include: Knowledge in the cybersecurity industry Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Relevant certifications in Human Resources or related field Salary : Competitive !
