We provide absolutely honest information and personalised recommendations on food (raw, processed, branded, unbranded, recipes and dishes) in the simplest possible language. The idea is to promote self nutrition and help people make smarter food-related decisions. We do not believe in shortcuts and neither do we believe in a 'weekly diet plan'. Rather, we believe in a flexible yet consistent approach towards nutrition.
