This insight was a central theme of our '𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬' session with HEADWAY CONSULTANT, a prominent HR consultancy firm. The session focused on 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬 and fostering self-awareness, equipping participants with practical tools to combat overthinking and enhance overall mental well-being. We sincerely thank Madhavi Patil for the opportunity to conduct this workshop. By prioritizing employee mental health, your HR team is not only supporting individual well-being but also driving higher engagement, reducing burnout, and fostering a more resilient workforce.
