During Fashion Law Journal’ ongoing diploma course on #FashionLaw, the Module on sustainable and ethical fashion was taught by Mario Di Giulio partner at an Italian law firm Pavia e Ansaldo & Founder of The Thinking Watermill Society along with Radha Khera fashion law attorney at Remfry & Sagar. They familiarised students with various challenges confronting the industry and discussed potential solutions being introduced globally. From EU’s Green claims directive to India’s stance on greenwashing, to France’s introduction of taxing fast fashion, the ethical and sustainable side of fashion was discussed.
