𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐚 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩?...🤝 The way we hold hands speaks volumes about the dynamics of power and intimacy. When you take someone's hand in a certain way, you're subtly asserting authority or offering support. Conversely, when you allow someone to hold your hand, you're granting them a level of trust and vulnerability. In relationships, understanding this nonverbal communication can be incredibly powerful. By holding someone's hand in a manner that makes them feel important and valued, you're fostering a deeper connection without uttering a single word. Forgiveness can make you suffer Even when we’re constantly abused or disrespected by the other, we’re told : 👉🏿 It’s okay, she’s your mom or he’s your dad. 👉🏿 It’s okay, your partner can say this to you. 👉🏿 Come on. Forgive him now. 👉🏿 She herself has suffered a lot. Forgive her. We listen to such piece of advice and forgive (one more time) - mostly without any apology. One more time, we dismiss our pain or invalidate our emotions and keep the other above. While I truly believe in the power of forgiveness and the peace it brings to us, I also feel that forgiveness alone can make us suffer. The truth is that NOT everyone wants to change. One time, the behaviour can be a mistake. Repeatedly, it’s a PATTERN - a pattern of both. ✔️ The one who’s forgiving has a pattern of being addicted to abuse and not loving himself enough. ✔️ The one who’s disrespecting or abusing has a pattern of attacking the other. Under all circumstances, FORGIVE for your own peace - Free yourself from any -vity within. Then, make INNER CHANGES - the other’s disrespect of you might be a mirror of your own disrespect for yourself. Love yourself. Make EXTERNAL CHANGES in the form of boundaries. If the other still continues the behaviour and never apologises, walk away & apply no contact. _____________________________________ Hi! I’m Gazal, a Therapist with 21k community. You already have it (here's proof) Most of you reading this have at least one core skill—whether it’s programming, marketing, writing, data science, designing, sales, teaching, or finance. You've already been through a process of educating yourself in your field. Yet... Despite all the knowledge, skills & experience... For some strange reason... You're still getting underpaid :( And you assume it's because of your skills & learn more hard skills in your specific domain. ❌ Rinse, repeat. Here's the solution if you're stuck in this vicious circle: ✅ You already have what it takes. 🚨 What you lack is: Positioning. I'll give you a few examples: 👉 If you're working as a DATA ANALYST for a small startup generating ₹10 crores/year, you are in a WRONG position. That brand can pay you 8 LPA MAX. Not more than that. ✔️ Instead, if you position yourself in a company with ₹500 crores/year in revenue, the same skills could earn you ₹30 lakhs. Why? Because your analysis influences decisions that drive substantial revenue. OR 👉 If you're working as an HR SPECIALIST in a small firm with 50 employees, you might earn ₹5 lakhs per annum. ✔️ Move to a corporation with 5,000 employees, and your expertise in talent management could easily be worth ₹20 lakhs. Why? Because the impact of your work scales with the organization’s size. 🚨 But here's the catch: "High-Paying Companies Will Hire You ONLY If You Can Offer" * Alignment * Innovation * Adaptability * Proven Results * Scalable Impact * Strategic Mindset 80% of professionals pray for such an opportunity; 20% prepare themselves and their brand for it. 👉 So, to sum up, you don’t have a skill problem, but a positioning problem. Now... this is just one of the hundreds of hacks I have that can potentially double your salary. I’ll talk more in detail about each of these hacks in my upcoming workshop. 📌 Register for it with the link in the comments. What would you choose? Praying or Preparing?

How you'll see my achievements, I won't. And what an achiever you are and will be, you won't. A cycle that keeps going which for sure is a sweet denial in the name of humbleness. If not humbleness, then unsure to be yet sure. But how much we thank one another for it, we even don't know that. 'Don't know' because we don't believe it or just don't pay attention to it. We don't pay attention only because we find it generic or TOO generic to be just a courtesy, a basic value, or one of the societal advantages. But is it that easy and fortunate? Too normal to not be exceptional? Too available to not feel its worth? For me, it is never usual to have people silently cheering for me, talking on my behalf and about me. We don't think about it, but such people; the silent King and Queen makers, make our lives way more versatile, breathable, proud, and continuing. Sadly, still, we dare to call it small to be unnoticed. But how? How when we lose hope in ourselves and someone is putting our chin up. How when we fall in our own eyes, someone lifts us up. How? Not strange to have no answer for this 'how' because something can only be lived IF YOU FEEL IT and you SHOULD feel it. Feel the moments: - When you give up but others wait for you to pounce back. They won't say it loudly, only for you to prepare, and for them to watch in silence. - When some people's scold also look kind enough to you, you SHOULD know that they equally sense what you are going through. - When working alone, you'll not hear a lot of distractions around, you SHOULD know your people around you, choose to pause for you to join. - You will see others talking about your dreams and everything around them because they are equally a part of it (that you won't feel then), only FOR YOU to live it in reality. - They'll at times make you see what you should, rather than what you want, because who can see your potential can also see your distractions and you SHOULD know that they didn't take advantage of it. You SHOULD! Thank you, Gaurisha Pandey. (27.08.2024) #practisingtopendowntoo LinkedIn LinkedIn Guide to Creating
