Incorporated in the year 1995 and licensed by IRDAI in the year 2002, Family Health Plan Insurance TPA Limited (FHPL) has its registered office in Chennai and Corporate office in Hyderabad. FHPL caters to the needs of Health Insurance claims for Individual customers, Corporate customers and Govt. Health schemes. FHPL is the first licensed TPA in India to get certified against ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for Information Security Management System (ISMS). FHPL is also certified ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management System (QMS). Health Claim is Easy to Avail Now for Patients and Hospitals The National Health Claims Exchange (NHCX) will standardize a common claim format used across both government and private health insurers, as well as hospitals, as defined by the National Health Authority (NHA). The NHCX portal is designed to automatically validate these details before routing them to the specific insurer, streamlining the process and reducing errors. If there is any delay over three hours, the additional amount, if any, charged by the hospital shall be borne by the insurer from the shareholder’s fund. Additionally, the insurer is required to decide on the request for cashless authorization within one hour of receiving the request, as mandated by the regulator. To use this system, you need to have an ABHA number.
