Thank you for tagging Vimové. Your post took us back to 2016 when we were building teacher-student-centric solutions. At that time, tablets seemed like the ideal tool for government schools because of their smartphone-like interface and larger screen. However, we quickly realized we hadn’t planned for everything. Teachers asked, “But how will we charge these tablets?” It was an oversight we hadn’t considered. Relying on teachers to charge and store each device in schools with limited resources wasn’t feasible, and we knew we had to find a better solution. That’s when we introduced the Storage and Charging Rack—a simple yet effective solution. This rack allowed tablets to be stored safely and charged all at once with a single switch. Within 2-3 hours, the tablets were ready for use, ensuring continuous learning throughout school hours, even in areas with inconsistent electricity. This small but significant innovation took the burden off teachers and allowed them to focus on teaching rather than management. Fast forward eight years, and we’ve refined this solution to meet the evolving needs of schools, all without increasing costs. We are happy to share that earlier this year, we implemented 1st to 12th-grade learning management systems, aligned with the UP Board, on 10 interactive flat panels, 200 tablets, and mobile devices in 10 schools of Greater Noida in collaboration with one of our social sector partners. Additionally, we enabled a learning management system with PAL for 3rd to 12th grades, aligned with National Council of Educational Research and Training ( NCERT ) for adaptive learning of students.
