    This week, we had the incredible opportunity to conduct a series of workshops at the picturesque Japalouppe Equestrian Centre ๐ŸŽย ๐Ÿ’• It was an experience that encapsulated everything we stand for. The lovely folks at Japalouppe shared our values making this day-long interaction even more special - our focus extended beyond #poshcompliance and was all about fostering a mindset that kept the ๐ฌ๐š๐Ÿ๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐ž๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ญ ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ž. Some of the highlights of the work we did together: ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ž & ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ: We covered the nuances of the #POSHact, discussed context-specific scenarios and explored ways to build a safety-centric culture - equipping the IC and leadership to become custodians and champions of culture. ๐’๐ญ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: We conducted sessions for all their people ๐ข๐ง ๐‡๐ข๐ง๐๐ข/๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ข ๐š๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐š๐ฌ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก, covering their rights, responsibilities and policy processes - not just for #redressal but also #prevention and #prohibition of sexual harassment.ย  It struck a chord because our trainings are ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ž๐š๐ซ-๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ง but invites everyone to work together towards safety ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ from a place of ๐ž๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ.     This week, we had the incredible opportunity to conduct a series of workshops at the picturesque Japalouppe Equestrian Centre ๐ŸŽย ๐Ÿ’• It was an experience that encapsulated everything we stand for. The lovely folks at Japalouppe shared our values making this day-long interaction even more special - our focus extended beyond #poshcompliance and was all about fostering a mindset that kept the ๐ฌ๐š๐Ÿ๐ž๐ญ๐ฒ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐ž๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ญ ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ž. Some of the highlights of the work we did together: ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ˆ๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ž๐ž & ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ: We covered the nuances of the #POSHact, discussed context-specific scenarios and explored ways to build a safety-centric culture - equipping the IC and leadership to become custodians and champions of culture. ๐’๐ญ๐š๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐’๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: We conducted sessions for all their people ๐ข๐ง ๐‡๐ข๐ง๐๐ข/๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ข ๐š๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ž๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐š๐ฌ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก, covering their rights, responsibilities and policy processes - not just for #redressal but also #prevention and #prohibition of sexual harassment.ย  It struck a chord because our trainings are ๐ง๐จ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐ž๐š๐ซ-๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ง but invites everyone to work together towards safety ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ from a place of ๐ž๐ฆ๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐ก๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ญ.     The #POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy was initially designed with women in mind. However, as the world embraces the understanding that gender is not binary but exists on a spectrum โ€“ and recognises upto 107 gender identities โ€“ companies that cling to women-only POSH policies are missing the bigger picture. The #POSHAct empowers companies to create their own safety policies and service rules, adhering to the Actโ€™s principles. Thereโ€™s no reason these policies canโ€™t be gender-neutral โ€“ and indeed, thatโ€™s the direction most forward-thinking organisations are taking. Here's why gender-neutral policies make sense: #Inclusivity:ย Gender-neutral policies resonate with employees because they safeguard everyone. When everyone feels included, trust and commitment flourish. #Diverse Talent and Consumers:ย Our talent and consumer pools span the gender spectrum. Ensuring their safety at work and in interactions with our organisations is essential for success. Massive #Impact:ย When safety is compromised, we all lose. Productivity, creativity, and collaboration suffer. Gender-neutral policies mitigate this risk.
