    Here’s how we used gamification in email marketing to address users' short attention spans 👇 We implemented this for Kotak 811 using AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) emailers, which: +Engaged users +Reduced load time +Provided better clarity +Gamified the process We continuously monitored and experimented with AMP emailers. For instance, we featured a functional calculator to create personalized Systematic Investment Plans (SIPs) for buying cars. (Check out the attached video.) Pro tip: Gamification in AMP can be enhanced with swipeable carousels, expandable accordions, and fillable forms. These interactive elements make it easy for users to book and confirm purchases directly within the inbox. Glossary: AMP stands for “Accelerated Mobile Pages,” a Google-developed framework designed to make mobile web pages more seamless and functional. By turning finance into fun, we achieved impressive click-through rates, seamlessly guiding users to the Kotak Cherry website, where they could start their SIPs.     Here’s how understanding customer’s sentiment can impact your social engagement 👇
 We did it for a consumer electronic brand and got a whopping increase in engagement from   ● 3.98% to 21.62% on Twitter ● 2.42% to 3.54% on Facebook ● 2.05% to 7.3% on Instagram Here’s how we did it 👇 -> We examined their mentions, reviews, and customer engagements across digital platforms & discovered that their audience was most active on Facebook comments (19.95%), followed by Twitter (16.94%) and Instagram messages (14.81%). -> We utilized automated tools to scrape content from these interactions but also performed manual checks to ensure accuracy, as AI often struggles with human sarcasm and tone. This approach enabled us to create Word & Voice Call Content Clouds, visually representing the most positive and negative words or sentiments in their conversations with the brand. -> With these insights, we mapped the customer journey and identified areas of dissatisfaction, even within the same platform. For example, while positive sentiment was high on Facebook public posts, it dipped on Facebook page ratings. This pinpointed where we needed to address issues first. -> We also delved into the comments on each piece of web content to spot patterns and inform strategy adjustments. For instance, contest posts garnered the most positive comments, while electricity-saving posts attracted the highest complaints.
