🚀 Day 3 & 4 Recap: Formula Student Austria 2024 🌟 Day 3: Our busiest day yet! We tackled the Business Plan, Design, and Cost events, along with Mechanical, Electrical, and Accumulator scrutineering. Problems? No match for us! 💪 We secured our Mech, Accumulator, and Electrical stickers! 🏷️ Our static events went smoothly, and we were hopeful for a spot in the finals. Later, we attempted the Tilt and Rain tests. While the first Rain test didn't go as planned, we nailed the Tilt test before the day ended. 🎯 Day 3 wrapped up with the exciting news that we made it to the Cost and Manufacturing Event finals with four other teams! 🎉 Day 4: Kicked off with the Rain test, and this time, we cleared it! 🌧️ Straight to our pits to prep for the Brake test, which we cleared after a few attempts. All technical inspections completed, we were ready for the dynamics events! 🔥 Time constraints meant we missed the Acceleration and Skidpad events, but we queued up for Autocross. Both drivers completed two successful laps each. 🏁 In the evening, we attended Award Ceremony Part 1 and discovered we placed 5th in the Cost event.
