Exchanged insights at the FIICI 1st EdTech Conclave on India's emergence as the skilling capital. At PW, we are paving the way in skilling Bharat for their first jobs through a vertical skilling approach. Our focus remains on foundational skills and targeted micro-courses for continual upskilling. We're particularly encouraged by the 15% increase in female enrolment in our skilling programs, underscoring the economic dividends of gender diversity in the workforce. Including more women in workforce through tailored skill development is important for broader economic advantages. #FIICIEdTechConclave #SkillingIndia #GenderDiversity #EconomicEmpowerment Alakh Pandey (PhysicsWallah) Prateek Maheshwari Atul kumar Ankit Gupta Sanket Narkar Vivek Gaur Srishti Thakur ( she/her) Imran Rashid Ashish Sharma Kartik Baldewa Manish Kumar Abhishek Mishra Vineet Govil Devesh Mishra
