We had an insightful town hall yesterday, discussing key takeaways from the recent INDEC Leaders Conference 2024. Topics included Transforming INDEC through NOE, Buisness Immersion, Innovation, ITSM, Talent management and Customer Sentiment. We are aiming higher with the ideas proposed and leveraging diverse ideas to strengthen collaboration across borders, resolution time improvements, aligning with Business KPI’s, encouraging innovation, building and celebrating Talent. At INDEC, we recently hosted an exhilarating cricket tournament that brought together a total of 384 enthusiastic participants. The tournament saw the formation of 32 men's teams and 12 women's teams, creating a vibrant atmosphere of competition and camaraderie. Over the course of the event, a remarkable 78 matches were played, showcasing the skills and sportsmanship of all participants. The tournament witnessed some nail-biting moments, with three matches ending in ties and winners being decided through thrilling super overs. In the Men's Tournament, INDEC Brigade emerged victorious, showcasing exceptional talent and teamwork throughout the competition. They faced formidable opponents in the finals, INDEC Risers, who fought valiantly to secure the runner-up position. The Women's Tournament was equally exciting, with INDEC Black Swans claiming the championship title in a closely contested final. INDEC Devils gave a commendable performance and finished as the runner-up, adding to the spirit of the tournament. The INDEC Cricket Tournament was not just a display of competitive spirit but also an event that fostered unity and team spirit among all participants. Congratulations to all the teams! The day was jam-packed with awesome activities! The kids were mesmerized by a super cool magic show, enjoyed a fun-filled movie time, and got creative making bracelets and slimes. They giggled with delight while getting their faces painted in all sorts of colors, struck silly poses for caricatures, and were amazed as balloons were twisted into incredible shapes and animals. And let's not forget the photobooth - it was a hit capturing all the silly faces and fun moments!
