His journey from launching with just Cash on Delivery feature to using data as a superpower to break into the Kerala market is nothing short of inspiring. He emphasised how Purplle turned data into a powerful tool, allowing them to identify niches and build products that truly resonate with their customers. He shared how they took a bold step in 2017 by launching their own beauty and skincare products, which quickly became customer favourites. Currently, 55% of the company's revenue comes from their private labels. This move not only boosted their growth but also demonstrated the power of listening to your audience and delivering exactly what they need. It’s a lesson in how the right data, when used wisely, can lead to exponential growth. His insights on compounding and the importance of being a great salesperson were invaluable advice for us all. As Manish said, focusing on what you do best, trusting the process, and effectively selling your vision can turn challenges into opportunities.
