With over 15 years of experience in the apparel retail sector, Neha Salam has navigated the industry from factory floors to buying offices and retail environments. Ruchita Singh: She is the Owner of Amar Kosa and a graduate of NIFT. She brings with her a wealth of expertise in Sourcing, Performance Management, Retail and Strategic Planning. Sankar Chatterjee: He is the CEO of Decathlon Sports India, with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He leads a team of more than 5,000 passionate and talented professionals, all united by a common vision to make sports affordable and enjoyable for every Indian.
