On this World Entrepreneurs' Day, I am filled with gratitude and reflection. As a first-generation entrepreneur who started (Integra) from ground zero in a Tier 3 town back in 1994, I deeply cherish the memories of the journey that has shaped my life and career. It hasn’t always been easy, but every challenge has been worth it. The most fulfilling part of this journey has been the ability to make a real difference—not just in building a business but in impacting the lives of my employees and society at large. For me, entrepreneurship has always been about more than just business; it’s about creating value and making a positive impact. My vision is to expand Integra's global workforce from 2,300+ to 10,000, creating jobs and enhancing well-being. There is no greater satisfaction than helping other entrepreneurs grow by sharing the knowledge and experience I have gained over the years. Along the way, I have had the incredible opportunity to give back to the entrepreneurial community, particularly those in the MSME sector. TiE Chennai holds a special place in my heart as it supports entrepreneurs in the MSME sector across various verticals, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns in India. As the current President of TiE Chennai, I have witnessed firsthand how our chapter has significantly nurtured entrepreneurs across various industries. One of our flagship programs, Personal Boards (PBs), was launched by CK Ranganathan (CKR) four years ago during his presidency of TiE Chennai. After a period of incubation, the program is now scaling up. My sincere thanks and appreciation to CKR for his continued guidance for the PB program. The PB program has already benefited over 1,000 entrepreneurs in the MSME space through 100 PBs. Watching these businesses grow and thrive, has been incredibly rewarding. I would like to acknowledge the phenomenal contributions of Akhila Rajeshwar, the TiE Chennai team, and the facilitators toward PB. With a grand vision of creating 10,000 PBs in 8 years in India and across the globe, we aim to support 100,000 entrepreneurs and create employment for 10 million people as an outcome of the PB initiatives. I am confident that we are on the right path to achieving these ambitious goals. I am also glad to have contributed significant personal funds to this initiative for technology development to strengthen the program, including the Learning Management System, Matchmaking software, and Personal Board Management System.
