    The future of customer experience has various layers. It is not limited to traditional customer support department.

    4. ICT service providers apart from traditional customer support department and its franchises etc.

    Apart from customer experience (executives) experience of users is also very important. User experience (UX) plays such an important role in any digital strategy. The management of users is different then managing customers. Customers here are executives and buyers of product and services. Users are its end users. Both belong to same organisation.

    Disruptive technology, will enhance and become integral parts of our day-to-day customer experiences. These include
