What techniques can you use to overcome creative blocks in brainstorming?
When faced with a creative block, I find it helpful to engage with someone from a different perspective, such as a junior colleague or someone outside my usual work sphere. Their fresh insights often spark unexpected innovations and offer new directions for my thoughts. Additionally, changing my environment and spending time alone can also be effective in overcoming creative hurdles.

Since childhood, we've been accustomed to hearing stories, and our minds naturally gravitate towards them, sparking our imagination and making them feel real to us. Storytelling captivates our attention fully, unlike mere facts and figures. Utilizing relevant stories to illustrate success, setbacks, and how to navigate them is significantly more impactful.

How can you overcome creative blocks in a brainstorming session?
One thing I found interesting and helpful was involving member from different vertical and also the fresh Gen Z employee (few selected ones). We were amazed with the inflow of fresh ideas. This will eradicate the fixed mindset and redundant thoughts or ideas.
