Spanish NGO supports Indian NGOs in two locations, New Delhi & Jabalpur. There are two centres in New Delhi supporting underprivileged children's education, daycare, and Skill training for women & rehabilitation of homeless/drug/handicapped men. The centre in Jabalpur is a residential facility for children with special needs.
I advised the founder to get clarity on the long-term vision and increase the impact by monetising the current resources better.
