Co-founded and led Creditail, a B2B fintech startup revolutionizing payments and credit for India's offline FMCG market.

- Secured institutional seed funding and built a high-performing team of 25 to execute our vision.
- Developed a proprietary payments SaaS platform, empowering distributors with efficient collections and reconciliation tools, ultimately onboarding 22,000+ retailers processing ₹16cr in monthly transactions.
- Built an in-house LMS (Loan Management System), partnered with multiple NBFCs, and scaled to ₹1cr in disbursements through innovative cashflow-based credit products for both retailers and distributors, providing much-needed working capital to the underserved FMCG supply chain.

After achieving significant traction, we made the difficult but prudent decision to wind down operations, as the challenging lending landscape and high cost of capital prevented us from achieving sustainable unit economics. We are now in the process of returning the remaining capital to investors.

While the outcome was not what we initially envisioned, the journey was filled with valuable learnings about entrepreneurship, fintech, and the Indian market. I'm excited about applying these lessons to my next challenge. Show less
