Project Details: Indocement intended to upgrade the clinker production of kiln no. P10 from 3700 tpd to 4200 tpd considering the capacity bottlenecks of other unit operations like Clinker Cooler, Raw Mill and Venting system, A TEC designed the system to increase the production capacity of the kiln accordingly at optimum pressure drop and heat consumption, taking into consideration the total investment costs, operation costs of the upgraded plant and the sustainability of the upgraded plant. The project included the supply of engineering drawings along with supervision and quality check during fabrication and execution of the project. b) General Arrangement of the Coal Transport System
c) Guide Drawings of the pipes, elbows, flanges and support for pipes

Project Details: The aim of the project is to utilize the extra capable outlet of HVCM coal from coal plant at APO kiln line 2 and transport this HVCM coal to coal silo at APO kiln line 1.

Role Description:
1) To visit the site for a feasibility study of the project.
2) To prepare the flow-sheet, general arrangement and other detailed drawings for the pipes, elbows, flanges and other relevant equipments.

Project Details: Indocement want to introduce fine coal into the existing calciner. For this, they asked A TEC to prepare engineering drawings of the new coal pipe.
