P10 from 3700 tpd to 4200 tpd considering the capacity bottlenecks of other unit operations like Clinker Cooler, Raw Mill and Venting system, A TEC designed the system to increase the production capacity of the kiln accordingly at optimum pressure drop and heat consumption, taking into consideration the total investment costs, operation costs of the upgraded plant and the sustainability of the upgraded plant. The project included the supply of engineering drawings along with supervision and quality check during fabrication and execution of the project. The design included new cyclones, riser ducts, hot gas ducts, splash boxes and the meal pipes.
