User Persona is a deep understanding of the diverse user base for your product/projects. where persona consists of:- - User demographics, - Daily tasks what user do on the platform/ website/ application, - Goals user want to achieve from platform/ website/ application, - Major pain points users are facing on existing or similar kinds of platforms/websites/applications, - user behaviour, like:- what they do, what type of device they are capable of using, and how they deal with motor / cognitive load. and other thing which defines user behaviour and needs.

You can divide your users into segments by sorting a target audience into distinct groups based on shared characteristics, behaviours, or needs. some effective segment your users: - Goals Oriented Segmentation, - Demographic Segmentation, - Behavioural Segmentation, - Geographic Segmentation, - Product Lifecycle Segmentation.
