• Deftly analyzing the Claims returns forms, both paper & electronic.
• Periodically checking Insurance payment for any discrepancies & escalating issues (if any) to the Top management.
• Preparing MIS reports based on A/R balance by payer, A/R balance by Clients, Charges profile & monthly summary reports for information flow which enables decision making.
• Preparing suggestion reports to clients on routine denials & issues related to non-payable procedures.
* Credentialing Providers with commercial Insurances, Medicare via PECOS, Medicaid, CAQH Proview profile creation, getting NPI via NPPES, revalidation & every aspects of credentialing.
