• Provide feedbacks to the teams and develop training programs based on consultation with Global teams and ensuring dept goals achieved following the best practices.
• Analyze and perform GAP analysis based on client's requirements for clients, provide solutions for the project and help in creation of Training/Reference manuals for the team.
• Maintains an inventory of training and organization development programs/tools and schedules their use according to management priorities.
• Migration of New process from on shore to off shore location.
