As the co-founder of Easy Source HR Solutions, I have been building and leading a one-stop solution provider for HR Outsourcing Services for over 18 plus years. My mission is to help businesses focus on their core deliverables by offering them flexible and scalable Payroll Outsourcing Services , PEO/EOR services, and managed services across India and the globe.
At Easy Source HR Solutions , we have developed and implemented innovative and customized HR solutions that meet the diverse needs and challenges of our clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to large government enterprises. We have also established and maintained long-term relationships with our clients, partners, and employees, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and satisfaction. How do you keep talent acquisition costs low?
As a co-founder of a HR Outsourcing company , I believe it is important to do enough groundwork and plan strategically for the next few quarters before running to hire ! Lay the foundation right ! Optimize usage of Referral channels in-house and social media channels like LinkedIn to hire ! We also utilize our Alumni base and incentivize them and email out open roles and encourage them to refer candidates ! Also we maintain a candidate database which we keep warm and utilize .

As a Co-founder I believe a lot rests on the company's management to create a safe and supportive environment . We believe that our company is an extension of our family , where each is treated with trust , respect and support . We are all co-workers who have a right to expression . We are all equal and our evaluations are always 360 degree!

How do you keep talent acquisition costs low?
As a Co- founder of a Manpower Outsourcing Company , I believe that investing in your orgnization to build a culture that fosters growth , trust and collaboration is a pre-requisite to success. That is the first step to build your Employer Brand. It speaks volume when your employees become your brand marketeers and share their career journeys with the candidates they are interviewing . What better word of mouth would an orgnization need? I am so proud that since our inception , we have hired majorly for growth and not for " back-fills". Proud of our journey !
