    Challenges: Minimum turn around time for designing concepts, proof of concepts, and cost evaluation.

    Product definition: Outdoor UPS with IP54/55 and IK10 rated enclosure that encloses power supplies and
    modular Lithium Ion battery packs.
    Design activities: Outdoor sheet metal cabinet with a backplane concept for modular power supplies, PCB
    cards, and lithium ion battery packs.
    Challenges: IP54/55 enclosure design for backplane concept and for both wall mount and pole mount design.
    Compact design with cost constraints while meeting Industrial design guidelines.

    transformer along with other electro mechanical part designs such as wire harness design and light pipe
    design along with packaging design.
    Challenges: Thermal requirements of Transformer, Vent design as per Industrial design requirements.
