My journey in the world of skills training began in the early 2000s as a counselor at an organization that's considered a pioneer in IT education in India. Little did I know that this would mark the inception of a lifelong passion for nurturing talent and driving professional growth.

Thanks to my two decades of experience in the ever-evolving skills training landscape, I'm blessed not only with a keen eye on industry trends and best practices but also with a solid network of experts across every tech domain. All of this has culminated in my current role as the co-founder of an award-winning IT training firm, iFuture Technologies.

At iFuture, I play a multidimensional role which involves building unique learning solutions and managing training, resources, and evaluations. I find it extremely fulfilling to guide and motivate our team to create successful outcomes for all parties involved.

My greatest joy and pride at work comes from:
- achieving greater operational efficiency and productivity for our clients
- helping them foster a culture of continuous learning
- bridging organizational challenges and skill gaps
- boosting their employee morale and engagement through training
