I spent almost two years working with Honeydeep to grow Pando in America and he was an enormous asset to me. As an American leader in my first India based company, there was a lot to learn in terms of spanning the wide physical and cultural distance between Chicago and Chennai and HD and his team was always there to help me bridge the gaps. We were a fast-growing, small tech company with leadership that liked to frequently experiment with new strategies. This lead to constant change which can be difficult for the organization. HD was a constant force of energy to pull us together, help us stay on track and keep us focused on the long term goals. I’d pick HD again if I was building a leadership team for my company. ”
