    ALTERNATE SOLUTION ON ODD-EVEN CAR RULE in DELHI taking account of all the factors necessary for the people especially in Delhi(densely-populated-metropolitan city) to combat pollution and decrease crime at the same time .This solution is presented keeping in mind the Digital-India and women-safety initiatives. This system requires the simple ‘E-scanner’ and a ‘MobileApp’ (on Android, iOS etc) which is further integrated on a common system called “Integrated Machine”.

    This also ensure security of populated areas of the streets, whether we use electrical cars or conventional cars. It also help in improving Electricity supply in India which has been lagging in terms of service (measured by hours of supply) as well as penetration.
