Identifying suitable candidates via,employee referrals,references & job portals, responsible for candidate interaction & candidate relation. Scheduling & arranging for interviews. Maintaining the recruitment software from scheduling to the joining stage.

Liasioning with corporates to increase the flow of foreigners to our
Showroom, Brand development,coordinating with the corporates clients during their conferences or any big events

Monitor/analyze centre placement performance & supervise a team of Centre Placement Executives, Event management like,Conduct placement workshop/students workshop, Forge & maintain corporate alliances,Conduct Campus interviews, Centre Visits.

Develop and execute recruiting plans.Create job descriptions.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
