I have done my schooling at St. Theresa's School and pursued a Secondary School of Learning Certificate. As I was interested in learning science, I went to NMKRV College for Women and pursued PUC. Opted for Electronics, Mathematics, and Computer Science and pursued a Bachelor of Science at Vijaya College, Jayanagar.
I started my career at Mmodal Global Service Private Limited as a Documentation Specialist where I was trained as a Medical Transcriptionist. For career growth, I joined Nuance Transcription Services India Private Limited. Then, I started working with Virtual Physician Scribes India Private Limited as a Data Scibe/Medical Transcriptionist.
My role and responsibilities were to maintain knowledge of new procedures, medications, and formats. etc., in order to perform at the high-level designated company. Transcribe dictated reports accurately within established standards. Maintain ongoing personal education to ensure continuous quality improvement. Transcribe and/or edit dictated reports. Create, maintain, and retrieve patient medical records. Prepare clinical documentation and document reviewer which means segregating information dictated by physicians into their respective sections like HPI. Review of systems, Physical examination, plan, etc. Achieve and maintain a 99.5% QA Score.
I am self-motivated, a good learner, patient in listening, multi-tasking, and capable of working independently. Skilled in operating computers and software applications. I grasp challenging technical concepts quickly and effectively apply them.
At present, I am working as a Client Relationship Management at Mangates Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd, which is a great platform to upgrade skills. With our industry, you can achieve Onsite, Classroom, and Virtual training to upgrade your skills.
