A powerful way to collect user feedback especially when publishing popular titles is to look into active gaming communities (on top of store reviews) - popularly found on Reddit or Discord. This feedback can be from novice or veteran gamers, spenders or non-spenders but when a band of folks get together & talk about the game discussing their pain points, strategies, loop-holes, hacks, etc - you gain a lot of valuable insights & helps drive your decisions based on the priorities of tasks!
