crisis, and its sustained ability to attract global investments has been the dynamic regulatory regime ushered in after the economic liberalization process which started in 1991. Introduction of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), Infrastructure Investment Regulations (InvIT) and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REIT) Guidelines and Act is a testimony to that dynamic regulatory regime. On 25 March 2016, the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) received the assent of the President, and on 01 May 2017, the RERA came fully into force. For long, potential buyers have always complained that real estate transactions were lopsided in favor of the developers. RERA aims to make real estate purchases simpler, by bringing in better accountability and transparency in the primary market. Delays in projects is the biggest issue faced by buyers today. Show less

Comparative studies of the phenomena of e-Commerce/e-Business and e-Government have not yet emerged. However, such studies would most likely be instrumental in fostering cross-fertilization between the two evolutionary trajectories. They would further deepen the understanding of the sector-specific similarities and differences. Comparative research would also help establish performance measures and success criteria. The sexual attraction or the romantic behavior among people belonging to same sex group leads to homosexuality. It could be either situational or enduring disposition. As a sexual orientation, homosexuality is considered to lie within the heterosexual-homosexual continuum of human sexuality, and refers to an individual’s identity based on those attractions and membership in a community of others who share them.

It is a legal contract between prospective husband and wife foreseeing the divorce. Though it is not so popular in Indian Society, it acts as a mechanism to protect the assets and finances during the time of the divorce. It has been advocated by some that pre-nuptial agreement are neither valid nor legal in India. However pre-nuptial agreements are valid in India as they are governed by the Contract Laws and not by the Marriage laws.

This paper contextualizes Criminology’s past and present engagement with diversity and discrimination. The relationship between crime and discriminatory practices is explored. The responses of the criminal justice process to diversity is well documented and evaluated.
