     Managing manpower resource for compliance of the daily job for execution of project work.
     Daily project round to captured unsafe act/condition. Managing contract employee at project site for safe execution of jobs.
     Providing hands on training on different material handling to contract workers. Establishing safety standard at project site to minimize the hazard associated with the work. Checking work quality and alignment of equipment’s.

       We had achieved 1800mpm speed 4/5 coils in 0.219*940 mm GR-90, very first time and quality were also good.
       Reduce Roll Consumption of WR/IMR and BUR by increasing Rolling Cycle in terms of kilometer. WR- 100 TO 150, IMR- 300 TO 450 AND BUR- 3500 TO 5000KM.

     Ensuring the quality of final products in terms of surface, shape and desired thickness.
     Root cause analysis of perennial problems like ROS, Scratches, White patches and shape issues.
