    About Project - A Global EPC Organisation is implementing Operating Model Framework across the globe (42 countries). In order to integrate effectively, O2C (Order to Cash), H2R(Hire to Retire), R2R(Record to Report) processes will be designed to be standardised,value added and efficient with support of technology (Oracle R12).

    Role :

    Workforce Transition Advisor for a Global EPC Organisation based in Australia ( with operations across 42 countries ). Managing the O2C, H2R, R2R streams across 9 APAC Countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, Australia and Mongolia) with an objective to :
    1. Project Planning for Change Management activities across 9 APAC countries
    2. Change Impact Assessment for 9 geographies
    3. Develop Tools and Templates for global replication
    4. Stakeholder Segmentation and Analysis
    5. Develop and Manage Change Network Strategy and Execution
    6. Conduct Change Readiness across 9 APAC geographies
    7. Plan and Execute Pre and Post Go live support
    8. Roadmap and support the organisation in Workforce Transition ( Role-Position Mapping, Impact Mitigation, Action Planning)

  • Change Management for an IT/ITES organisation covering 5000 employees

    Jitender delivered a large scale change management for an IT integration initative for a global IT/ITES organsiation covering approx 5000 employees.

    As a Change Manager, Jitender provided value added implementation expertise on several aspects of change and ensured the change was appropriately articulated, communicated and accepted across multiple locations involving all 5000 employees.Jitender also Project Managed the entire IT integration effort ensuring successful and timely delivery…
