We assist organisations for institutionalisation of ADR services, setting up, operating and scaling up ADR centres providing arbitration, mediation, conciliation and neutral evaluation services.
    Some of our other services include assistance in developing in-house processes for pre-litigation, confidential dispute resolution and conflict coaching for employees and teams. We design and implement internal or external dispute resolution systems or grievance mechanisms that allow companies to know when problems arise and address them at the lowest level possible. We assist infrastructure companies in right of way negotiations, brand building and sustainable community development in long term projects.
