Lead by example. Efforts make major contributions and results follow. Failure leaves the blueprints that help to achieve success as it teaches what steps were taken wrong. Failure is not falling it's staying down we should always encourage our team member to get back on their feet. Understand that success in sales often requires persistence and resilience, Recognizing and celebrating helps boost their confidence and motivation. The big task should be divided into smaller 1's with a set deadline and this way we crush it.
