In my view, Training to facilitate and support the right individual could be to: 1. Build a strong understanding of Business solutions - so that the individual is able to articulate your solution, explore the need and position the solution well to a new target. 2. Introduce them to the market and your business expectations / positioning, then to your end Sales teams. Post which allow them to get their hands dirty by letting them to research the market and conduct a few conversations with cold leads. 3. Equip and train them with Sales tools / LMS being pursued in your organisation. 4. Most critical - organise weekly meetings to ensure possible course correction as they get started on their journey with you. Voila! You got them started well!

This is a critical role, that defines the success of business and needs long term investment to build pipeline.
