Time management is a gold mine. Not many BDRs (including me) can learn this very easily. That's why plan your next day when you end the present one. - Keep a sheet and write down your plans for every single day. - Discipline is the key. - Be consistent. - Distraction is the enemy.

Quite simple: - Network first and learn from the best. - Attend "Sell Better" courses and the best part is it's free. - Follow sales leaders to be updated on the new trends and techniques. - Keep learning and be proactive. if you have this urge for learning you will find a way to do it.

Long answers won't help here as I said in the previous answer. Call your clients once a month to know how it's going for them and understand how your tool helps solve their problems and what can make their life easier. This is a big help in both ways you learn about their problems and they feel cared for.

This is very important: - Know the product that even in your sleep you mumble about selling it. - Don't just understand the basics. - Best was to learn is through shadow demo calls. - Call the clients that got converted by your help and understand why they chose your product and what problems it solved. - Make sure you learn updates and new launches actively.

Before we go into setting goals: - Make sure the targets are discussed and realistic. - Ask your manager what process you used to set targets. - If it's not realistic be sound about it. Now coming to setting goals: - Start the process on day 1. - Break down the number that you wanna hit on a weekly basis. - If you are lagging figure out proactively what's wrong. - More activity more figures that's how it is. - Be creative with your set goals. These are the basis if we go deep there is a lot. but this should help with achieving the set goals.

What do you do if you're not sure what sales engagement software to use for your sales development?

While evaluating software you can keep this in mind: 1. Trial period. 2. Testimonials. 3. Ask around in your network and maybe post on LinkedIn that you are looking for an opinion on this particular software. 4. Check for the reviews. And, the list goes on and on but these four can help in any situation.
