    I was responsible for the post-booking journey of the consumers. I drove major developments to increase the experience and revenue upsell during the post-booking journey. I introduced features like booking extensions and improving the last-mile hotel discovery experience for the patrons checking in.

    Along with this, I was responsible revamp and improve the UI/UX of the OYO consumer website and mobile website based on various data points which pinpointed the drawbacks of the then websites.

    Since this was a pioneer product, I was able to close few big names in the FMCG, Retail and IT sectors for this product.

    I handled the customer service team which was crucial to further understand the experience of the actual users. This only helped me and the product to improve in the journey.
