• Conceptualized, designed, and executed various projects, campaigns, and events on Community welfare & Development like Women Empowerment, Child Protection against abuse, Sustainability & Climate Action, Sustainability Development Goals, Carbon Emission, ESG & Net Zero and other Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
• Program on International Women’s Day was “Inclusive Narratives to Embrace Equity” - a contest to showcase innovative projects and perspectives of women from diverse backgrounds or the initiatives that supports or empowers them.
• Curator and Chief Facilitator of "The Social Talk Series"
• Successfully initiated and organized many women projects like My PinkVow (Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign) and Inclusive Narratives to Embrace Equity with a mission to break free from stereotypes and biases, and portray the women from diverse backgrounds - their triumphs, struggles and everyday moments
• Partnered with Gitex Global (Media Partnership) and Gitex Impact (Community Partnership) and helped them with their outreach in India and facilitated connections
• Nano Neem Forest Project, Sharjah, UAE: Tech enabled Nano Forestation project, The Nano Neem Forest in Sharjah, UAE
• The ‘SDG Innovation Bootcamp’ for Kerala Startup Mission, Government of Kerala: a dynamic activity-oriented program which is aimed at students/aspiring entrepreneurs who are interested in People, Planet and Profit.
• Project Neemosphere emphasis a culture of planting a sapling/seed and nurturing it. Planted 2021 trees, conducted seed ball making workshops in various schools, planted more than 5000 trees. Show less

• Facilitator for Jagriti Yatra 2021, an ambitious train journey of discovery & transformation that takes hundreds of India's highly motivated youth, across India & globally, on a 15-day, 8000 km national odyssey with the vision of 'building India through enterprise'.
• 'Chekutty' Project – Acted as the Core Team Member Chekutty Project - one of the most acclaimed resurgence projects, post the 2018 Kerala Floods. Coordinated 250 + workshops & activities in 6 months, reached 9 countries & 50000 volunteers.
• Involved in rehabilitation work of people affected by the Kerala floods 2018, 2019, in the tribal settlements of Attapadi, Nilambur & Wayanad.
• Project KITE” (Knowledge and Information Centre for Tribal Empowerment) - Set up a small community library for a tribal community.
• Key facilitator in proposal building connecting local tribal organization with UNICEF, to help raise funds for their projects.
• Initiated & implemented Project BulBul Bowls. 300 water bowls were placed for birds in urban and sub-urban areas in Kochi.
• Penathon - Plastic Pens Collection & Awareness Drive – Spead awareness & collected more than 10,000 plastic pens from schools.
• E-waste Awareness Campaign – Spoke about the impact of E-waste on human health & environment in schools and in AIR
• Priority Card Inactive for Autistic Children: Proposed & developed a priority card initiative for autistic children to the Government of Kerala, collaborating with healthcare professionals, parents, the Kerala Social Security Mission, the Health Department, and the Ministry. Successfully secured project approval; however, implementation was delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Active Volunteer, Various Support Groups: Facilitated the provision of essential items, blood, and medical support to those in need through active participation in various volunteer groups Show less

• Make Friendship Campaign - As project consultant for the Good Karma Foundation - A campaign to express gratitude & empower the fisherman community of Kerala. Donated a small insurance to 13,000 fishermen in 55 communities to create awareness on health insurance.

Core team member and coordinator for 'Chekutty' Project, which happens to be one of the most acclaimed projects in force, post the 2018 Kerala Floods. Chekutty project focussed on the weavers community of Chendamangalam. (www.chekutty.in)

• Associated with Art of Living & Mathrubhumi SEED, Planting tree saplings in over 30 schools, over 5000 trees were planted.

• Supervised, monitored & assisted undergraduate engineering students.
• Conducted activities like group discussions, seminars, labs and other extra curricular activities.
