  • Iridiscent- The Light Show

    So, it was the time of annual fest ( March 2016 ) when our club ( Microbird) decided to do something extraordinary. Something which has not been done earlier by any club in the college.
    So, after five months of tinkering, soldering ten thousand LED strips and failing *three times* we finally made a project which was outstanding.

  • Moving LED Display- Persistence of Vision

    -

    Moving LED display is a manageable thing with the help of micro-controllers but what if the same thing needs to be done with them. Designed and fabricated a display using LED Matrix in combination and synchronization with the necessary digital elements, i.e., Multiplexers, Decoders, Timers, Adders, basic gates. This display was capable of moving from one end to another end.

    UNESCO

    Luminous-16 under the UNESCO celebration of International Year
    of Light and Light-Based Technologies, we made a solar lamp which once charged can work for 24 hours.
    We bagged the 2nd position in the competition and won the cash price of 10k.
