A Blogger turned Founder of two bootstrapped agencies- Hi, I'm Prady. From college student to multimillion-dollar agency founder, I’m living my entrepreneurial journey.
Back in 2010, I was a regular college goer, an adventurer and explorer until I discovered my innate entrepreneurship spirit. Life has never been simple since then. The way a brand accelerates gives me an adrenaline rush, which is why I started my entrepreneurship journey while I was in the Under Grad.
My career started with blogging. It was fun. As I’m an explorer, I jumped into link building, and it all got even better. I started to take my skills even more seriously, invested my time, efforts, and money to achieve finesse. Finally my brainchild, Stan Ventures came into being in 2010. Today, it’s a multimillion dollar white label agency, running profitably.
I’m a keen observer, never settling for less. Here’s the most exciting story of my life.
Neil Patel has been my all time greatest inspiration and marketer. I used to follow his strategies and learning religiously. My efforts to get in touch with him and Mike Kamo (Co-Founder, NP Digital India) became a reality in 2019. We, together started Neil Patel Digital India in the same year.
So now, I’m on a mission to motivate and lead young entrepreneurs who want to start multimillion-dollar businesses from scratch without investment or any strong financial family background. Thereby capitalizing on the gifts and talents I'm blessed with.
I've been wearing the hats of dreamer and mentor for the past decade. It's been a fun, highly productive, counterintuitive, and more demanding run so far.
Today, we have a team of 600+ marketers helping brands grow.
I’m all set to give my everything that I’m best at- additional valuable solutions around digital marketing like thor brand communication, content, automation, data oriented and results driven strategies, client relationships, upto date strategic implementation, and emotional intelligence applications.

Here's how you can adopt the habits and routines of highly productive digital marketers.
Time blocking is one of the best strategies to be more productive yet creative in a given time. Here's how I and my team implemented time blocking: we set a timer of 60 minutes to draft a campaign (roughly) with 5 final strategies. Now, these 60 minutes is a rigorous, aggressive, and constructive discussion. By the end of this session, we are clear on the strategies we'll implement. Now, we segregate the tasks further and hold up a session again in the coming 48 hours to strategize further. All of this goes on a loop until we finish up the project. So, this way, we can do our tasks not only on time but with the utmost attention and detailings.

Creativity is the most needed attribute of every digital marketer. No one is interested in outdated campaigns or regular marketing programs. People need fresh, out of the box visuals and videos that not only capture their attention but something that stay retained in their minds for longer. For this, the marketing team should sit together at frequent intervals and brainstorm ideas, or maybe do a roleplay and analyze if a particular idea would be welcomed by the target audience or not. As a digital marketing leader, you must encourage your team to be super creative and creativity comes from practice.

The digital marketing industry is evolving like anything and a missout on growth opportunities is a complete no-no. We all know that keeping the game up all the time becomes daunting. But the truth is, that digital marketing as a domain is exhilarating. if you are passionate enough, you will always think beyond the current trend and weave new threads with the running ones. Such is my growth mindset, as a digital marketing leader. This is how I motivate my team to not only keep up with the trends but also grow potentially.

Here's how you can confidently discuss salary expectations during a job interview in digital marketing.
Digital marketing is still an upcoming space that has so much potential, especially with the intervention of AI. If, you are confident enough of having the knowledge and expertise of the position you are applying for, make sure you, 1. Go through different salary expectancy surveys 2. Talk to your mentor and seek guidance as per the industry standards 3. Be clear on your terms, if you want to work for a particular shift or a mix of different shifts (salaries differ for different shifts) 4. Do not underplay, be the smarter one who knows it all 5. Stay informed and ask questions 6. Counter their offer because you know what you are capable of.
