When your app is in public it is inevitable that you will not avoid negative reviews. 1. The first thing I would suggest is to prepare a process and plan how to handle the reviews. 2. Anticipate what are the things that may go wrong for a customer since you know very well about the things that may not work within your app. Come up with a list negative scenario and train your support team to handle it. 3. Acknowledge and immediately respond. 4. Don't just go with a templated response, address issues at a personalized level and tone. 5. Find ways to reach your customer directly rather than asking them to reach you. Create a ticket in your internal support system and address it. 6. Don't forget to ask +ve review if you solve the issue.

Augmented Reality is a multi disciplinary technology that often requires a lot of creativity, deep technology problem solving, so it is easy that one can easily burnout. I believe safety comes first than anything else, especially in VR where our brains are hacked into a virtual world and it's natural to loose track of the physical world in just few minutes of usage. There is a very high probability of getting hurt if we loose track of the physical world. It pose a heavy danger for ones physical wellbeing. So, when you start using the VR headset I suggest to first understand the safety guidelines that are proposed by the headset manufacturer. To the developers out there, it is critical to ensure the safety of your own users who is using the app that you have developed. It's critical at your side to ensure you provide all the necessary guidelines to ensure your users are safe.
