I am an accomplished People Officer, L& D Trainer, Employment Trainer & Psychologist with almost 8+ years of experience working with amazing organizations, including an animation company, NGOs, primary schools, secondary schools, special schools, and colleges. I have conducted workshops to impart soft skills training to school and college students in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru and numerous teachers and psychologists across India through the "Train the Trainer" program - Structure of Intellect(SOI). I have also been actively counseling employees & parents on various programs and projects.
In my most recent role, I oversaw the employment process for adults with special needs at Mann, Mumbai. This involved managing their training before and after employment, ensuring their well-being in the organizations, and providing counseling and training to foster respect for their work among others.
Currently, I'm a part of the esteemed animation organization - 88 Pictures in Mumbai. 88 Pictures is an India-based animation and media entertainment company that produces top-notch animation content for leading brands and film studios worldwide. The company greatly values diverse experiences and backgrounds within the team, believing that every team member should bring a unique perspective to create a wide range of content effectively.

You’re managing a team of employees who are experiencing burnout. What’s the best way to help them?
The simple way to identify burnout is to look for the symptoms in the employees. 1. Apathy 2. Distraction 3. Dread 4. Exhaustion 5. Irritation 6. Isolation One has to also understand that every individual burnout and their need to cure is different. The same size doesn't fit all and you need to have one-on-one interaction with each employee who is going through burnout.So how can you help as a leader? 1. By checking in with employees periodically to understand their workload and stress. 2. Allow scheduling flexibility, such as working from home. 3. Giving employees recognition for their good work. 4. Review the ‘must-do ‘ list with the employees. 5. Emphasize mental and physical well-being. 6. Building community to connect.
