Agreed. The client base taken for market researc should by segmented by the generation like Genx, Gen z etc ao that what those section of people need and what needs are changing. Also we can say 'Peoduct' in place of policy to be more clear.

Not sure of the context behind this. These techniques apply to any tasks. Customers very rarely take a deep dive to know what the policy contains. This weite up could have been focused to educate people to read the imsurance policy terms and cinditions ince they receive it Mostly, the technical jargons may discourage the policy holder to take a deep.look into it. Industry has been striving to make policy document to be written more in layman terms reducing jargons. To gain more understanding of the policy terms and conditions, the policy holder can sit with the insurance adviser to explain the terms if not discussed earlier before buying the policy so that the policy holder can cancel the policy within the free look period.
