“Ram was my first Delivery Manager in Cognizant and till date the best Delivery Manager I ever worked with. Off and On I worked for Ram for 7+ years that I was in Cognizant. Ram is an authority on a variety of topics - let it be Technology, People Management, Team building etc. He is excellent in incubating ideas and encouraging independent leadership(well some call it mentoring but I say he actually is a "Gardner" ) - no wonder that people who worked for him want to work again and again for him! On other side of coin Ram builds lasting relationships with Clients - thanks to his excellent Business acumen, Thought leadership and endless penchant for delivering value to clients. Again, no wonder that Clients wants his team to work for them again and again.. Did I forget his communication skills & style? - speak to him once and you will realize why I recommend him even though I don't work for him anymore..
