I love to dig into procurement complexities and help with vendor consolidation for tail end purchase with RM category. Reason, I highlighted tail end MRO purchase because value wise spend might be 15% of the total purchase but a big percentage of vendor network contributing to that category only while Raw material vendors are limited.

I have enjoyed many managerial positions for B2B Sales and Seller Management in many industrial e-commerce companies throughout my career. I have also been a part of Strategy making in all the startup I joined.
