Activities and Societies: The course was under The Baltic University Program It consisted of twelve thematic modules, accompanied by texts and video inserts, together with locally organized lectures, seminars and study visits.
The course had the following content:
• Background - history of sustainable development, understanding and values
•Energy - energy supply and energy use and climate change
• Resources - material flows and limits to growth
• Urbanization - the sustainable city
• Production and consumption - manufacturing, consumption and waste Life, food and fibres - biodiversity, land use, agriculture and forestry
• Mobility - culture, technology, freight and policies
• Welfare & life style…The course had the following content:
